I always enjoyed talking with Mike when he would come to our office for hearings. He was such a gentleman and I know he will be missed by many. You don´t find many people as kind as Mike.

My condolences. Mike was a nice man. I knew him well especially from him shopping at Ferri's grocery store. He would always say hi sweetie how are you today and always took the time to talk if something was going on in either of our lives. I always liked when he came in he made me feel like I mattered when working for Ferris I felt invisible & didnt matter. Thanks for the talks Mike. God has a gavel waiting for you. May you rest in piece sir.

Mike Drag was our next door neighbor for almost 20 years. Mike was a protector of anyone that he cared for. We were so blessed to have him for so many years watching over our home and family. My husband traveled a lot when our girls were little. I would reach out to Mike to let him know to keep an eye out as Brian was away. I slept like a baby knowing he was right next door if I ran into trouble. Mike was a man of faith and loved his country. He loved his dogs Timex and Blu and his late sister Gloria. Mike treated our children as if they were his own grandchildren. He never let a birthday or holiday pass without spoiling them with gifts. We had many, many conversations over the fence throughout those years and words of wisdom were always in the mix. Here are two of my favorites that Mike shared with me on more than one occasion.
1.Never trust a dog to watch your sandwich and never trust the government to watch your money.
2. One is none two is one.
(As Mike would say)
"Godspeed" to you my dear friend!!!
