Michael Kimmons Drake

Michael Kimmons Drake, 74, of Belton, Tx, fell asleep in death on September 12, 2025, at his home. He lived near Belton Lake happily for 40 + years with his beloved wife Tina Gordon Drake. He was the son of Allan (Al) and Billie Mae Drake being brought to this world on the 2nd day of September in the year 1951.
He loved to work in his garden, playing dominoes, and spending time making memories with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Sherry Boldt.
Michael is survived by his wife, Tina Drake, daughter Tomi Sue Ann Drake of Austin and his son Nathan John Drake of Belton. Along with his 3 beautiful granddaughters that were very precious to him, Natalee, Emilee, and Isla all of Belton. He also leaves siblings Nancy and husband Nick Capobianco of Winona, TX, Debbie and husband Mac Teasley of Flint, TX, brothers Wesley Drake of Frankston TX, and Billie Cole Drake of Winona, TX.
A celebration of his life will be held on October 18, 2025, at the home of his cousin Jim H. Drake Jr. for all his dearest family and friends.
