Michael David Duus, 38, of Titusville, Florida, died February 6, 2025, in Titusville.
Michael was born May 20, 1986 in Galesburg, Illinois the son of Joseph B. and Teresa A. (Severns) Duus. Michael grew up in Gibbstown NJ, attended and graduated from Paulsboro High School.
Michael is survived by his mother, Teresa (Kevin) Mullen of Avon, Illinois; his father, Joseph (Laura) Duus, of Pennsylvania; one brother, Nicholas (Jessica) Duus of Fairmount, West Virginia; and two sisters, Jessica Duus of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, and his twin sister, Rebecca Duus of Jacksonville, Florida; his daughter Hailey and son Michael; his nephews Matthew, Gabriel, Ayden, Isaiah, Connor, Eli; one niece Skyler; and his Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Michael is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, David and Mary Severns and Jack and Barbara Duus; and his nephew Jacob Duus.
Michael was an avid guitar player, enjoyed science and physics, collecting Magic The Gathering and Pokeman cards, and fishing.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Cremation will be accorded following visitation.
