Timothy Rollins Obituary

Visit the Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory - Galesburg website to view the full obituary.

Timothy Allen Rollins, 53, of Washington, Illinois, died peacefully at home on Sunday, February 15, 2026.

Tim was born in Galesburg, Illinois on October 20, 1972, the son of Roger Allen and Lori Lynn (Henry) Rollins. He graduated from ROWVA High School in 1990. Tim had worked for many years at Case IH in Goodfield, working until late 2025.

Tim is survived by one son, Timothy Rollins of Washington; his father and stepmother, Roger (Linda) Rollins of Altona, Illinois; and four siblings, Andy Rollins of Altona, Heidi (Brian) Hall of Citronelle, Alabama, Mindy (Jason) Shaw of Oneida, Illinois, and Jeremy Rollins of Galesburg. Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Lori and one brother, Tommy Johnson.

Tim was a family man first and foremost. He was a dedicated father to his son, Timothy; a beloved brother to his siblings; and devoted son. He never shied away from hard work and would do whatever it took to get the job done. He loved feeling with wind in his face while riding his Harley Davidson and loved peacefulness of gardening and canning. An avid outdoorsman, Tim loved to spend time fishing and hunting.

Cremation will be accorded. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. A celebration of life will be Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Copley Twp Hall, 1531 Illinois Route 167, Victoria, Illinois. Memorial contributions may be made to the family or to American Cancer Society. Online expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.watsonthomas.com.
