Michael Jon Edman

Mike Edman, 69, passed away on January 19, 2024 peacefully at home with family. He was born to Kathryn Leone Edman (Squires) and Edgar Raymond Edman on May 14, 1954 in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Mike graduated & received a Bachelor's Degree in Arts at the University of Minnesota. He worked in the theater (cinema) business for many years. He was also a Sales Representative at Solvay Animal Health for 10 years. Mike married Sheryl, the love of his life, in 1990, who survives him. He is also survived by daughter Stephanie, his brother Ron (Wife Noreen), and 6 nephews, 5 nieces, 11 great nephews, 10 great nieces, and 1 great great niece, 3 brother in laws, and 3 sister in laws. Mike was preceded in death by his parents Kathryn & Edgar, his sister Carol Ann, grandmother Gerda A. Squires, and many others. Mike was known for his love of Baseball, especially the MN Twins. He infiltrated his love of Baseball on all who knew him. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Washburn-McReavy of Bloomington. Visitation starts at 2 pm with the service following at 3pm. We will be having a catered reception after the service. We will be having a Burial Service at the Bloomington Cemetery on May 18th.
