Michael Alan Efaw

Michael Alan Efaw, 33, of Mods Run Road, Mannington, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 1,2023 at his residence. He was born January 24,1990 at Fairmont, a son of Mark Edward and "Penny" Jane Stout Efaw.
Michael was a graduate of North Marion High School where he played baseball and Husky Pups Football. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles; was a former Mannington Firefighter; and was a member of the Local #152 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers: Adam (Crystal) Efaw, Brandon (Jerrica) Efaw, Christopher (Nicole) Efaw, all of Mannington; a nephew: Brendon Efaw; a beloved niece: Bentley Efaw of Mannington.; and a niece: Malia Shia of Wheeling; and uncles: Rob (Debbi) Stout of Mannington, David (Ruthann) Efaw, of Fairview, and Matt Efaw, of Utah. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Willard and Peggy Stout, Edward and Marion Efaw and an uncle: Steven Stout.
Friends may call at the Calvary Baptist Church, Mannington on Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. with Pastor James Lee Bowman officiating. Burial will follow at the Viewpoint Cemetery in Rachel. www.hutsonfuneralhomes.com
