Michael Anthony "Mike" Farro, age 77, of Pierce Township, died peacefully at his daughter's home in Union, Kentucky on June 6, 2025. He was the beloved son of the late Anthony and Margaret (Keating) Farro. He married Patsy (Brent) Farro on May 16, 1970, and had three children - Tony (Betsy), Mike, and Kathy. He was the devoted brother of Margie Coffey and William (Joyce) Farro, grandfather of Erica Eyrich, Scott, Laura, and Jason Farro, Shannon and Kieran Ryan, and great grandfather to Eddie Eyrich. He was the loving uncle to the late Peggy Coffey, Patti (Andy) Grayson, Sue (Brian) Schroer, Bill (Rebecca) Farro, Terry (Mary) Farro, Mary (Steve) Fender, and Annie (Jon) Moser, as well as great uncle to many.
Mike was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He attended Guardian Angels for elementary school and was a 1966 graduate of McNicholas High School. He obtained his bachelor's degree in accounting from Thomas More College in 1973. He worked for Sears for 27 years, primarily as an internal auditor, and he worked at the Beechmont Avenue Target for 16 years.
Mike enjoyed spending time with his family, going to the racetrack, old TV shows and movies, and watching Xavier basketball, the Reds and the Bengals.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Guardian Angels Church on Thursday, June 12th at 10:30 a.m. Friends may visit the church on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Inurnment will follow at New St. Joseph Cemetery. Family and Friends are invited to continue the celebration of Mike's life immediately following the inurnment, where lunch will be served at Price Hill Chili, 4920 Glenway Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45238.
