Was sad to hear of his passing I knew Dr fusco over 30 years ago when he was practicing.I remember him taking care of my mom's collie Ginger and saving her life and she didn't have enough money for the bill and he let her make monthly payments will never forget the kindness that he represented to humans and All pets

Had no idea of this. I haven't seen Mike since Herricks high school in New Hyde Park NY. Our main connection was the rock bands we played in during Junior. and Senior high school. All the years I lived in Ft Lauderdale and worked in Miami I never new he was in the area. Life can be strange. Nice to see he found his calling.
My condolences to his family.

Beverley and I were staggered to learn tonight that Michael passed away a year ago-- just 2 months after we last saw him. We have known the Fusco brothers since they were working with Ignatius Adams as he prepared to retire. Michael always took care of our pets as if they were his own, and I know he did the same for everyone else's. If the legend of the Rainbow Bridge is true, there must have been a joyous stampede when he arrived. Hugs to the family as the anniversary of his passing approaches.

I learned on New Years day that Mike had passed, and was totally shocked by the news.
I want to extend my sincere and heart felt condolences to his family, and say how much he will be missed by those of us who knew him.
He was always there to extend himself for the animals and for those of us who brought our animals to him.
He will be remembered for his kindness, and empathy to not only the owners but to the animals that he cared for.
I personally will not forget the many years of dedication and help he showed to my 4 legged family members, and the numerous times he helped me thru a crisis with one of my animals.
Rest in Peace Mike. You will be remembered for all the good work you did for the animals, and by those of us who love animals and want the best for them.

I just found out about the passing of Dr. Mike, and I am so very shocked and sad! Dr. Mike had treated and helped so many of my animals going back into the 1990's. His passing will be a great loss to so very many people and pets in the future. My sincere condolences to his family, the staff at the Clinic, and especially to Dr. Allen.

Unfortunately, Joe and I were not able to attend the service. Besides being wonderful vets, Mike and Allen made us feel like personal friends during the last 23 years, caring for our 7 dogs and many cats. Mike was thoughtful and sensitive. We will miss him dearly, we hope that the knowledge that he was so well loved will be a comfort to his family.
With our deepest sympathies, Joe and Margarita Godsk

I was soo sad today, but soo glad I was able to be there. If not, I wouldn't have heard all the wonderful things that people, friends and family had to say about him. Many things I never knew. I suppose the best was hearing about what a good father he was. And when Al spoke about the big brother he grew up with and how Mike loved and helped him in their earlier years together. And when Cathy said, he gave her the gift of three wonderful daughters. The room was filled with clients that loved and appreciated what he had done for them through out the years. He left a print in this world, that few can leave. And that is the Michael Fusco we will all remember.

I am so saddened by this news. Dr Mike has been my vet forever and worked quite a few miracles with my furry/hairy/feathered "kids." He was also one of the nicest guys I ever had the pleasure to know. You will be missed, Dr Mike. Best.Vet.Ever.

Soo many years have come and gone. 17 to be exact. Through our ups and downs in all that time, you were always the best veterinary doctor I have ever had the privledge to work for. You helped soo many people, just by helping them with their pets that they loved more than life. You were kind and honest, and that's ment everything to them. Thank You Mike for being the kind of person you were. Rest In Peace now. You left a legacy that your family can be proud of. I will remember the years of working with you........ Always
