Michael attended Marinette High School and was a part of the 2002 graduating class. Following graduation he attended NWTC where he obtained a Fire Protection Technician Associates Degree, he was employed as a Fire Suppression Technician with Simplex Grinnell based out of Milwaukee for a number of years.
During his free time he enjoyed watching the Packers, being outdoors, wood working and doing various projects around the house. Michael also enjoyed spending time at the family cabin, visiting Door County and being outdoors. Fall, Halloween and Christmas were his favorite times of the year.
Michael was an amazing, loving, selfless person who had a huge heart and would lend a hand to anyone in need. Michael is survived by his parents Jack and Diane; his grandmother, Doris; three brothers Jack Jr. (Angela), Steven (Rochelle), Thomas (Rebecca); nephew and niece, Riley and Anastacia; aunt Jan; uncle Gerald; cousins Mark, Jeremiah, Joshua, and Sarah. Michael is also survived by his significant other Janice Radke as well as her children and family.
A visitation will be held at Hansen-Onion-Martell Funeral Home on Friday, October 14th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. A private family funeral ceremony will be held for Michael at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family or to Faith Lutheran Church, Marinette in his name.
Michael will be greatly missed by his family as well as has many friends.
