Michael Lee Glover was born on April 1, 1962 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Lois Mae (Griggs) Glover and Gerald D. Glover. He passed away on August 5, 2025 also in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 63.
He grew up in Sansom Park, Texas where he continued to live the rest of his life. He went to Castleberry ISD. He successfully retired from the University of North Texas Health Science Center after serving them for 25 years as a maintenance man. He enjoyed spending time with family especially, his Grandson Aven and listening to music and playing dominoes or dice. Occasionally you would catch him getting up and busting a move to some of his favorite songs. A few of his other favorite things to do was talk mess to his daughter Paige about her cowboys and give his wife Sherry a hard time and try to laugh quietly as she walked in the other room.
He was preceded in death by his parents; His older sister Vicki Cooke, and brother Christopher Cochran.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sherry (Wiggins) Glover of Fort Worth; daughter, Paige Glover of Forth Worth; grandchildren, Aven of Fort Worth, and Remi of Fort Worth; Sister Jackie Valentine of Fort Worth; and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Williams and Lucas Funeral Home Chapel located at 517 N. Sylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76111. Arrangements are under the direction of Alpine Funeral Home in Fort Worth.
