Michael F Guglielmo

Command Sergeant Major Michael Fortunato Guglielmo Jr., was born in February 1940 in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, NY. He passed away peacefully on January 23, 2024, at 83 years of age.
Michael is survived by his wife Patricia, brother Frank, sister Dolores (Guglielmo) Crawbuck. His sons Michael III, Joseph and daughter-in-law Corey (Rosenblum) Guglielmo. Grandchildren Jason, Alex, Felicia and Chase Guglielmo. Special Poppy to Cameron & Hudson. He was predeceased by his father Michael Sr. and mother Nancy (Marconi) and brother Philip Guglielmo.
At the age of 20 years old, Michael enlisted in the United States Army before entering his career in the National Guard. He highly valued this service, attaining the rank of Command Sergeant Major before retiring in the year 2000, after 40 years of service.
At the age of 25 years old, Michael joined the New York City Fire Department. He served the Brooklyn neighborhood of Williamsburg, as a member of Engine 212, as to what it has become known as, The Peoples Fire House, before retiring at the age of 64.
In addition, Mike was a Member of the Lynbrook American Legion Post 335, for over 46+ years, where he held the rank of; Sergeant at Arms, for the last 9 years.
