Michael Hart Obituary
Michael Carey Hart, 73, husband of Karen Elaine Black Hart, entered eternal rest on Monday October 6, 2025, surrounded by his family at the residence.Born on July 13, 1952 in Seneca, South Carolina, Michael was the son of the late Willie J. Hart and Betty Jean Crooks Hart. Michael was a lifelong resident of Return Community. Since childhood, he had an undeniable love for dogs. As he grew older, he developed a deep passion for hot rods and became an avid fan of rock, rhythm, and blues music.In addition to his wife Karen E. Black Hart, Michael is survived by his daughter, Michela Bickel (Sebastian) of Seneca and sister, Sheryl Sheriff (Tim) of Anderson.
As we gather to honor Michael's life, we invite all who loved him to join us for visitation and memorial services on October 10, 2025, at the Cremation Society of South Carolina - Brown Funerals, located at 101 E North 2nd St, Seneca, SC. The visitation will commence at 1:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 1:45 PM.
The family is at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. Brown Funerals is assisting the Hart family.
