Survivors include his wife, Catherine Cowan-Hodges; son, Kevin Glaze (Debra); daughter, Michelle Faith (Steven); siblings, William Hodges (Sue), Brenda Cason (Wayne), Kathryn Wheeler; grandchildren, Melinda, Blake, Justin, Austin, Zachary, Abigail, Brayden, Bentley, Sydney; step-sons, Kevin Courchaine (Latisha), Kerry Courchaine (LeeLynn); step-grandchildren, Summerlin, Bracey, Langley, Carson; great-grandchildren; one niece and one nephew; as well as extended family; special cousin, Larry King.
No services are planned at this time.
Donations can be made to Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University or The American Cancer Society.
Henry Funeral Home, Lithonia, is entrusted with arrangements.

Mike was a life long friend and high school teammate on the baseball and basketball teams. A very good pitcher and just a good athlete, Mike was a hard working guy at everything he did. I will really miss seeing him, but my memories will remain of all the good times we shared.
