Michael Allen Howard

Michael Allen Howard, 60, of Phenix City, AL passed away in the comfort of his brother’s home in Phenix City on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Michael was born October 29, 1965, in Phenix City, AL, son of the late Samuel V. Howard and Wanda Faye Smith Howard. He enjoyed working and helping people with many different types of projects. He loved the outdoors, fishing, nature, and enjoyed tagging along to the grocery store with family. He liked watching wrestling, and college sports pulling for both Auburn and Alabama. He attended church when he could and was a Jehovah Witness by faith.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Denny Howard and a sister Deanna Howard Nichols.

He is survived by his brother, David Howard and wife Tonya of Phenix City, AL; nieces and nephews, Payton Howard, Ben Rosario (Samantha), Mackenzie Baker, and Patricia Griffith (Logan); numerous other extended family members, and many close friends.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm EST at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City. A private memorial celebration will be held for Mr. Howard by his loving family where he will always be loved and remembered in a very special place of rest.
