Beloved husband of Christine Steinhebel; dear father of Michael (Jessica) Hrabonz, Elizabeth (Matthew) Cole, Giacomo Steinhebel Jr., and Danielle Steinhebel; proud grandfather of Ellie, Max, and León; dear brother of Joanne (Thomas) Brown and Marcia (Thomas) Ricci.
Michael proudly served in the United States Army after graduating from college.
Throughout his career, Michael worked at 3M, Mac-Rae Tool, ABB, and started his own company Michigan Automation.
He graduated from Sacred Heart Seminary High School and later pursued higher education at Central Michigan University for his undergrad. He received his Master's in Business Administration from College of St Thomas.
Michael enjoyed golfing and flyfishing in his free time. He was a dedicated member of St. Joseph Catholic church.
Rest in peace, Michael John Hrabonz. Your service and contributions will always be remembered.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 – 11:30 a.m. with a 11am in-state at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 715 N. Lapeer Rd., Lake Orion. The family will receive friends Friday 3pm to 8pm at Modetz Funeral Home, 100 E. Silverbell Rd., Orion.
Suggested memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, Rogel Cancer Center at University of Michigan, or to Trout Unlimited.
