Michael “Mike” Lavender, age 73, of Kennesaw, GA, passed away on Thursday, February 20. 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Mike was a loving and devoted husband, father and brother. Mike cared deeply for his loved ones. He was charismatic, witty, smart, honest, and truly a special man. He always had a great sense of humor. He loved to tease and poke fun and behind each tease, was a wink. He enjoyed the simple things in life, like Georgia Football, Golf, Fishing and his family and friends.
Mike is survived by his wife, Dee Lavender, his children, John Lavender, Jessica Lavender, Erin Coke and Rick Coke, his granddaughter Aubrey McCarver his sisters, Lynn Lavender and Donna Wilson (Ron) and his many loving Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for early April.
