Mike served in the US Marine Corps. He was very proud of his service to our country and being a Marine. Mike respected his fellow serviceman and had all of the Indiana MIA and POW veteran's names tattooed on his back and all of the Vanderburgh County MIA and POW veteran's names tattooed on his forearm. "Semper Fidelis" Always Faithful Oorah! He worked for several companies, including Complete Lumber, Land O Lakes, Purina Feed and Crescent City Security.
He is survived by his daughter, Angela Stepro; son, Michael Lee; grandchildren, Katelyn Stepro, Zoe Lee, Alex Lee, Braydon Lee, Kendyl Caldwell, William Caldwell and Harper Lee; and brother, Darryl (Janet) Lee.
In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his sister, Kristie Lee; and brother, David Lee.
There are no services scheduled. Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel is handling his arrangements.
