Michael Wayne "Mike" Lominack

Michael Wayne "Mike" Lominack, 69 of Lake City, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025 at the HCA Florida Lake City Hospital in Lake City. Mr. Lominack was born in Lakeland, Florida, the middle son of three, to the late William Robert Lominack and Peggy Lou Roysdon Lominack. He graduated from Lakeland Senior High School class of 1973 and shortly after in 1974, married the love of his life, Diane Robberson in 1974. In 1979 Mr. Lominack moved his young family to Lake City and became the Owner and President of Lube Specialists For the next 46 years, he grew Lube Specialists into a successful and growing company. Mr. Lominack enjoyed landscaping, bowling and the time he spent with his son Michael restoring their 1970 Chevelle. Mike will be remembered for his sweet outgoing personality and for being a jack of all trades. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, William Robert Lominack, Jr. and David Lane Lominack, Sr.; and his daughter Shannon Lominack on September 4, 2025.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Diane Robberson Lominack of Lake City; his son, Michael Lominack (Leighann Puig) of Lake City; his grandson, Deklan Chanove of Lake City; and his brother-in-law, Maurice A. Robberson of Lakeland.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Old Country Club Road in Lake City with Bro. Rocky Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. A time of visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service in at the church from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
