He proudly served our country in the United States Army.
Michael was the beloved husband of Linda. Loving father of Michael, Jr. (Filomena), Maria (Michael) Mendicino and Joe (Evita). Cherished grandfather of Bryana and Michael Mendicino & Emma LoRusso. Dear brother of Antonia (Ernie) Tartaglione and uncle of Ernie. Michael was predeceased by his parents, Leonard and Mary LoRusso.

The family will be present on Monday, March 31st from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Ruggiero & Sons, Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 732 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 1st at 9:30 AM at Sacred Heart Monastery Church, 110 Shonnard Place, Yonkers, NY 10703. Following the Mass, Michael will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Cemetery, 114 Sprain Road, Yonkers, NY 10710.

So sorry. Mike was a great man and a dedicated friend. I just found out. I am away for work. So sorry to Linda, Maria, Mike Jr and Joe. I am sorry I missed the service. God bless him and the entire family. Joey Gentile.
