Michael Andrew Lucero

Michael Lucero passed away unexpectedly. His sudden loss has left his family, friends, and loved ones heartbroken as they mourn a life taken far too soon.

Michael was a devoted and loving father to his two sons, Michael Paul Casias and Karter Wayne Lucero, who were the center of his world and the greatest joy of his life. He was a loving fiancé to Kelcie Douglas, with whom he shared a deep bond rooted in love, loyalty, and companionship.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Valdez; his brothers, Joe Quintana and Benny Lucero Jr.; his sister, Eileen CdeBaca; and his brother-in-law, Michael CdeBaca. He is also lovingly remembered by his eight nephews and one niece, who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Benny Lucero Sr.

Michael was known for his kind heart, his willingness to help others, and his unwavering loyalty to his family and loved ones. He was a hard worker who took pride in everything he did. Michael loved cooking, playing video games, and spending time with his family, creating moments filled with laughter and connection. Those who knew him knew they could always count on him.

Though Michael was taken suddenly and far too soon, his love, strength, and generous spirit will live on through his children and all those whose lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
