Michael Lucisano Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Saul Colonial Home on Jan. 22, 2025.
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Michael Lucisano, 93, of Hamilton, who went to his Lord on Wednesday, January 15th at Capital Health in Hopewell. Born to Vincenzo and Zelinda Lucisano in Trenton, Michael lived in Hamilton.
He is preceded in death by his father, Vincenzo and mother, Zelinda; his brother, Reggie Constanza; sister, Francis (Fred) Storaci; brother, Salvatore (Syria) Luciano; sister, Mary (Ralph) Salzano; brother, Pasquale Luciano; and son, Kevin Meyer.
He is survived by his son, Michael (Suzanne) Lucisano of Morrisville, Pennsylvania, his daughter, Kimberly Lucisano of Hamilton; stepdaughter, Dorothy (Tom) Miller; their children, Amy DiFalco and Randy Miller; and grandchildren, Ethan and Thomas Miller. Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins are also remembered.
Michael was a member of the Italian American Sportsman Club, enjoyed hunting and fishing, stamp collecting and listening to all types of music. His favorites were Big Bands, Frank Sinatra, Glenn Miller, and Harry James. He enjoyed good food and watching his cowboy movies, Elvis, Gene Autrey, and TV shows. His favorite was John Wayne.
Affectionately referred to as 'Big Mike' and 'Pop', he was a kind and generous man who never hesitated to help people in need; even when he had little for himself. If someone needed a place to stay, or to get back on their feet, Pop's door was always open. Big Mike was a mason by trade and specialized in terrazzo. He retired from Salvatore Construction. Pop's children, Michael and Kim, are what he cared about the most. He was an amazing father with unconditional love, and they stood by him until his passing.
Friends are invited to share in his remembrance.
A Memorial Gathering for family and friends will take place on Monday, January 27th from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will begin on Monday, January 27th at 1:00 p.m. at Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
