Michael Ray Lyday

Michael Ray Lyday, age 76, of Central City, AR died on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at his home. He was born in Independence, MO on August 27th, 1947 to Delores Titsworth and Bobbie Lyday. When Michael graduated high school, he immediately enlisted into the United States Navy. He served 4 tours overseas in Vietnam. Upon discharge from the Navy, he served as a Pastor, Law Enforcement Officer, and dental lab technician. Michael was a proud member of the Combat Vets Association. He enjoyed motorcycle rides, flying model planes, and spending time with his family.
Michael is survived by his wife, Julie; two sons, Ethan and Josh (Haylee); two daughters, Alicia and Kayla; and two grandchildren, Jacob and Ellie.
A Memorial Service will be held on January 2nd, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, AR.
