Michael McCoy Marlow, age 66, of Coker, Alabama, passed away February 28, 2024 at his residence. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Buhl Church of God with Bro. David Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in Pate Cemetery, Buhl, Ala. with Magnolia Chapel North directing. Visitation will be 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Buhl Church of God.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jean Cook; stepfather, Butch Cook; and daughter, Jennifer Michelle Marlow.
Survivors include his daughter, Krissi Marlow Miles (Alex) of Berry, Ala.; son, Matthew; sisters, Diane White (Earl) of Brookwood, Ala. and Donna Jeselink of Robertsdale, Ala.; brother, Tim Marlow of Coker, Ala.; father, Tillman Marlow of Coker, Ala.; grandchildren, Dustin, Heaven, Savannah, Landon, and Remington Miles. Other relatives, Trey White, Brantley Bosch, and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Mike was a longtime employee of B.F. Goodrich. After retirement, he found his love for the beach. He would have spent a lifetime there if he could. Mike was a kind soul with a huge heart and a silly sense of humor. He loved to cut up, but more importantly, he loved and cared for his family deeply. He adored his grandchildren and would spoil them with his goofy antics and small treats that they will forever treasure. He will be forever missed.
Pallbearers will be Alex Miles, Dustin Miles, Remington Miles, Jeremy Marlow, Brian Marlow, Phillip Hawthorne.
Honorary pallbearers are Northport Church of God, Buhl Church of God, Coker Volunteer Fire Dept., and the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Coker Volunteer Fire Department.
