Michael Marlowe Obituary
Michael Shane Marlowe, 39, of Statesville, died Monday, June 13, 2022.
He was born in Iredell County, May 5, 1983, to Ed Marlowe and the late Patsy Bost Marlowe. A son, Bentley Michael Marlowe, died in the accident with him.
Mike was the owner and operator of B&B Auto Glass. He was a people person and enjoyed being around others. He loved fishing, bowling, four-wheeling, swimming, and guns. Mike loved the Lord. More than anything, he loved his family and spending time with them.
Those left to cherish his memory include his father, Ed; fiancée, Amy Mills; two daughters, Jada Marlowe and Bailey Marlowe; daughter, Nevaeh Jones; brother, David Marlowe; sister, Tammy Marlowe; paternal grandmother, Louise Anderson; and Savannah Boltz, mother of Jada and Naveah.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 21, at 11 a.m., at Western Avenue Baptist Church with Pastor James Lewis officiating. Entombment will follow at Iredell Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will visit with friends from 9 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service.

We were devastated when we heard of what happened to Mikey and precious Bentley. There truly are no words to describe the heartbreak. Mikey is one of the best people we know. A loving father, caring partner; so giving and so unbelievably kind. He is genuinely a wonderful soul. Sweet little Bentley is a ray of pure light and joy. His brilliant blue eyes and his beautiful smile made this world brighter. Mikey and Bentley are beyond special and truly cherished. The world will never be the same without them here and we miss them immensely.
Losing them both is such a massive, heavy loss and our hearts ache with yours. We will never speak of them in the past tense because while they are no longer on this earth with us, they are very much alive and in the presence of Jesus. We mourn this great loss with you, we grieve with you, and we are here for you through love, support, and endless prayer. We love you, and we love Mikey and sweet Bentley.
