Michael Joseph Martellaro Sr, 63, of Amarillo, passed peacefully on October 3, 2025.
A memorial gathering will be hosted at a later date.
Michael was born on December 18, 1961, in Amarillo, Texas, to Joe and Mary Jo (Danna) Martellaro.
Michael enjoyed playing his train and farm simulators. One of his very favorite things was knowing what was going on in the tow truck world, where he was a wrecker driver for many, many years. He loved watching NASCAR and Hawaii Five-0. Back when he was younger, he loved helping people out no matter the situation. That is just the kind of guy he was.
Michael is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Joe, father, Joe, and wife, Donna. Those left to cherish his memories are his son, Michael Jr. and wife Cassidy, and grandkids, Rylee, Kollyn and Hendrix ; his daughter, Heather, as well as his two stepdaughters and their families.
