Mike was predeceased by his beloved parents, Alfred Sr. and Elizabeth (Capasso) Maxwell. He was also predeceased by his treasured siblings, Claudia Brown, Alfred Maxwell Jr., and Peter Maxwell, dear nephew Alfred Maxwell, III, and much loved son-in-law, Clark A. Baker, Jr.
Mike is survived by his wife of fifty years, Janine (Paolucci) Maxwell, his cherished daughters, Lisa Baker and Jessica Maxwell, dear son-in-law, Ernst Jan van den Bosch, his adored granddaughter, Madison Baker, his devoted brother, Mark Maxwell-who was always there for Mike, and many nieces and nephews.
Mike was an avid sports fan and his happiest days were spent enjoying the sunny beaches of Florida.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Evergreen Commons Nursing Center for the compassionate care provided to Mike during his long illness.
Visitation and a memorial service will take place on Tuesday, March 18, from 11 AM-1 PM at Wm. J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, 165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer.
