I am extremely saddened by the thought of not having the privilege to work with you in complying with the IRS. MICHAEL, to me you were more than just my tax man, I considered you a friend. Someone we could count on for advice and a kind word. I'll never forget when I had a suggestion on how to make myself look like I have more income and you said, "anytime you report income without expenses, it is fraught with peril." Not, " it's not a good idea:, or "I wouldn't recommend it. " No. It is "fraught with peril."
You are a good man Mike McAfee and you certainly will be missed. Soar with the angels, brother. Take a look at the Outer Banks on High.
