Mike the Pipe, aka, The Man, The Myth, The Legend...or simply "Piper", lived his life robustly, and on his own terms, bringing good times everywhere we went, and sharing them with everyone he met, even the bewildered strangers along the way. A Master Plumber, longtime Plumbing Inspector and former President and member of the Board of Health, he lived 67 of his legendary years as the unofficial mayor of Lansdowne, PA, where he built his own successful plumbing and heating company through his unshakeable work ethic, masterful knowledge of his craft and a brute strength that always got the job done. His hard work allowed him to provide an overflowing life for his family and friends, whom he cherished above all. Whether coaching his championship softball team, cheering on his beloved Philly sports teams, or hosting everyone and anyone to fishing, golfing and skiing at his Poconos "Casual Place," Mike kept the clams sauteing, the beer flowing and the Stones blasting. And you knew you were lucky to be there.
The son of the late Charles D. McCall and Ann Rita (nee Knoud), he is survived by the love of his life of 57 years, Anne Marie "ReRe" (nee Nash); his son Brian and daughter-in-law Marie Elaina (nee Mohl); his son Shawn and daughter-in-law Jean (nee Cody); his son Cory and daughter-in-law Polly Weiss; and his daughter Molly Hilton and son-in-law Bradley Hilton. His legacy will undoubtedly live on through his 12 grandchildren: Father Cormack McCall, Sister Celine Marie (nee Mary), Thomas, Joseph, Michael and Marie Bernadette (of Brian and Marie Elaina); Sarah, Emily and Colin (of Shawn and Jean); Gregor and Levi (of Cory and Polly); and Ellie Sage (of Molly and Brad).
Please join us in honoring a life well lived this Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 800 East Lancaster Avenue, Villanova, PA. Visitation begins at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.

I´ve known Mike for many years, played hundreds of rounds of golf and had the best time ever! Mike was very entertaining and could tell stories almost better than Hans Christian Andersen.
I´ll miss Mike and his smile and kindness toward people. Rest easy one of the best buddies ever. God Bless.
