Veronica D. Burke, 71, passed away on August 14, 2025 at her residence. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she lived in Drexel Hill before moving to Prospect Park 5 years ago. She had an Associate's Degree in Nursing. She was employed as an LPN, working at different Nursing Homes in the area. Veronica loved music, plants and church.

Veronica was predeceased by her parents Joseph P. and Marie (Kane) Burke. She is survived by her children: Robert J. Speers, William Speers, Daniel Cohen and Kelly Liddell. She is also survived by her siblings: Helene Flickinger, Kevin Burke, Christopher Burke and Mary R. Berry.

Family and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 9 AM to 10 AM at St. Philomena Church, 41 E. Baltimore Avenue, Lansdowne, PA 19050. Mass will follow at 10 AM. Interment will be at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
