Michael McGuirl

Michael McGuirl, age 66, of Sicklerville, NJ, passed away on October 14, 2025. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Mike was raised in Pine Hill, NJ, and settled in Sicklerville.

Mike was a devoted family man, known for his generous heart, strong work ethic, and unwavering loyalty to those he loved. He began his career in construction, owning and operating Mike's Remodeling, where he earned a reputation for dependability and craftsmanship. He later owned and operated Hitman Pest Control in Pine Hill.

More than his work, Mike was about people. He was the ultimate family man - the kind of person who would drop everything to help someone in need. Many knew him as a second father, always ready with a helping hand, a listening ear, or a kind word. He had a heart of gold and was known for helping the homeless. His compassion was boundless, and he would do anything for anyone.

Mike loved the outdoors and found peace in life's simple pleasures - whether boating on the water, tending his garden, or just spending quality time with family and friends.

Beloved husband of Paula McGuirl (nee Marotta). Devoted father of Tyler McGuirl and step-father of Joseph C. Bayer. Dear brother of James McGuirl (Carol) and the late Regina McGuirl. Mike is also survived by his nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, October 25th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the Good News Family Worship Center, 501 Commerce Drive, Barrington, NJ, where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM.
