Michael Allen Mossor

Michael Allen Mossor, 65, of St. Marys, WV, passed away peacefully at his home in his sleep on November 25, 2025. He was born, July 13, 1960, in Cincinnati, OH, a son of the late Durval and Yvonne Mossor, He was 1978 graduate of St. Marys High School, and served a four-year apprenticeship with the Carpenters Union. He had been a member of Carpenter Union 2023 in St. Marys, then Carpenters Union 518 in Sistersville/Paden City, Carpenters Union 899 in Parkersburg, and Carpenters Union 436 in Bridgeport. He worked at the Pleasants Power Station for 18 years, and then WATCO Company in New Martinsville. His hobbies included hunting and fishing, and he liked to drive the country roads.

He is survived by a son, Mitchell Mossor, grandson, Urijah Mossor, siblings, Vickie (Richard) Gorrell, Judy (Jeff) Childers, Lisa (Don) Wilson, Sean (Sonya Haught) Mossor, and Amy (David) Kelley, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins, and a special friend, Seth Leek. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Services will be held Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 1 P. M. at the Ingram Funeral Home in St. Marys, WV, with Pastor Rex Cox officiating.
