Survivors include his wife, Ruth Douglas; children, Misty Gipson (Neil) of Atkins, Kennan Gililland and her mother, Carolyn Mullins of Ola, Sabrina Mullins of Dardanelle; stepsons, Josh and Andrew Douglas; siblings, Bob Mullins (Judy) of Hot Springs Village, Cliff Mullins (Lana) of Ola, Troy Mullins of Little Rock, Lela Leach of Dardanelle, Davy Mullins (Anna) of Plainview, Kenny Mullins (Melba) of Plumerville; grandchildren, Addison Mullins, Michael Gipson, Joshua Douglas, Pyper Mullins, Kinsley McDaniel and numerous nieces, nephews that he dearly loved.
Family conducted memorial services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Carter Cove Cemetery in Plainview.
