Michael Joseph Muzyk

Michael Joseph Muzyk of Holland, PA passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, June 22, 2025. He was 81 years old.
He was the beloved husband of Judith Shelton Muzyk, with whom he shared 58 wonderful years of marriage.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, Michael was the son of the late Michael and Florence Gontarek Muzyk. He was also the loving grandfather of the late Brittney Jones.
Michael graduated from Northeast Catholic H.S. in 1962 and proudly served in the National Guard for six years. He spent over 30 years working for Sears Roebuck & Company and more than 20 years part time at Spring Mill Golf Farm. Through all his hard work and dedication, he always made time to coach his kids in softball, baseball, and basketball. He also had a passion for travel and history trivia which brought him great joy.
In addition to his devoted wife Judith, Michael is survived by his loving children, Lisa Jones and her husband Mark of Newtown, and Michael Muzyk and his wife Marilyn of Langhorne. He is also survived by his sister, Lorraine Garry, his cherished grandchildren, Devon and Camryn Jones, and Michael and Zachary Muzyk and his adored great-grandchildren, Grayson and Avery. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Monday, June 30, 2025 from 10:00 AM until the start of his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road Holland, PA 18966. Interment will be held privately.
We find comfort in knowing that his legacy lives on through the lessons he taught us, the love he gave, and the memories we will hold in our hearts forever.
