Michael "Mike" Nash, 62, of Bedias, Texas, tragically departed this life on February 13, 2026. Born on December 19, 1963, in Houston, Texas, Mike was a dedicated husband, a loving family member, and a truly cherished friend whose kindness, loyalty, and steady presence made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
Mike truly embodied the spirit of a devoted family man. His love for his wife, Stephanie, was evident in the care and attention he brought to their life together. A full fledged country red neck at heart, Mike found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was fishing, hunting, or tending to his perfect yard. He had a passion for cooking that brought warmth to the home and comfort to those around him. His kindness and support were felt by everyone who knew him, making him a pillar of strength for his family and friends.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, James Nash and his mother, Etta Jean (Guthrie) Nash. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie of Bedias; children, Robert (Whitney) of Bedias, Justin (Katie) of Bryan, Rusty of Madisonville, Michael (Crystal) of Leona, Carlie of Bedias, and Mikey Moore (Alex) of Willis; grandchildren, Brooke, Tripp, Tess, Tyce, Hayes, Riggs, Emma, Breven, Harlow, Ellie, Sawyer, River, Rhyder, Jaxton, and Goldie; cousin, Joe; brothers-in-law, Buddy (Becky) and Kenny Weber (Misty); sister-in-law, Michelle Clary (Carl); and numerous extended family.
A funeral service for Mike will be held at 5 P.M., Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Madisonville Christian Fellowship. Joe Gray will officiate the service. A visitation will take place from 4 PM until the service begins.
Arrangements are under the direction of Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas -- A Walters Family Funeral Home.
