Michael Lance Outler

Michael Lance Outler was born on April 10,1959 to the union of Robert and Laverne Outler in Denver, Colorado. He passed away on January 27,2025 in Fountain, Colorado.
Michael made his home in Fountain, Colorado, and in 1995, met and married Kathleen Outler. They had two sons, Michael J. Outler and Ryan J. Outler, who became the true joys of Michael's life.
Believing fatherhood is a privilege and a blessing, Michael encouraged his boys to participate in a variety of school activities and sports, teaching them to be disciplined and push through hardship. He never missed a practice, game, award ceremony, or the opportunity to encourage his sons to be the best they could be. When faced with a challenge, he would always tell them,
"An Outler Never Quits"
Michael was an outdoors' man, and appreciative of the bounty of Colorado's natural resources. From an early age, he took his boys along, hunting for antelope on the eastern prairie, camping at Blue Lakes Trail and on many night fishing trips to Eleven Mile Reservoir. He reminded them to always be grateful for having their home in Colorado.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Laverne Outler and Robert Outler. Michael leaves behind: his sons, Michael J. Outler of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Ryan J. Outler of Gunnison, Colorado; sister, Sherry Grenne of Colorado Springs, Colorado; brother, Steven Outler of Colorado Springs, Colorado and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly and remember him always.
