Kenneth Madison Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Angelus Chapel Funeral Directors & Crematory on Feb. 17, 2026.
On February 13, 2026, the Lord saw fit to call His beloved and faithful servant from labor to reward.

Kenneth Edward Madison was born on October 3, 1957, in Pensacola, Florida, to the late Mary Frances and Willie James Madison. He graduated from Pensacola High School and soon after answered the call to serve his country, joining the United States Air Force on October 6, 1975. Throughout his distinguished military career, he held numerous positions and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant after more than 30 years of honorable service.

During his time in the Air Force, Ken pursued higher education with dedication and excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management/Human Resources from Colorado Christian University and a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University. After retiring from active duty, he continued to serve with the same commitment and integrity-first as an Operations and Maintenance Manager for Intel Corporation, and later as a Contract Specialist for the United States Air Force.

While stationed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ken met the love of his life, Bonny Lou Ard. The two were united in marriage on April 10, 1984, and built a life grounded in faith, love, and service to God.

Ken was a devoted servant of God and an active member of Trinity Baptist Church.

Ken leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Bonny Madison; children, Temeka Madison, Christopher Madison, and Jazzlyn (Jaunapha) Gibson; his grandchildren, Kaiden McGough, Xavier Madison, and bonus grandson Jamir Gibson; his sisters, Tracey Madison and Raquel Odom (Evans Sam); his honorary brother, Clyde Andrews; his mother-in-law, Estella Ard; his brother-in-law, Darylyn (Jennifer) Ard; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Ard Bonner, Loretta ("favorite") Ard, and Sherry Dealmas. He is also lovingly remembered by a host of nieces and nephews-David, Davonte, Brandon, DJ, Anthony, and Ciana-and many others whose lives were touched by his kindness and love.

Ken's life was marked by service, service to God, to his country, and to his family. His legacy of faith, humility, and love will continue to shine through all who were blessed to know him.
