Michael E. Piotrowski, born on June 13, 1970, passed away peacefully surrounded by many of his loved ones on May 18, 2025, after a brave and enduring battle with diabetes and scleroderma. Mike was a dedicated supporter of the Detroit Lions and Tigers, watching every game and always rooting for the home team, even if he didn’t get to see enough in person.
Mike’s kindness and generosity touched countless lives. He was an amazing bass fisherman and was known as “the guy who knows a guy.” His ability to connect with others left a profound impact, as it seemed there wasn’t a face he didn’t know.
