Michael Tyrone Rollins

Michael Tyrone Rollins was born July 19, 1961 in Newark NJ at Martland Hospital to the late Billie B. Powell & Janie G. Powell. Michael was raised in Newark NJ. and educated in the Newark Public schools system. He also lived in East Orange and Georgia. Michael was a Beloved Brother, Uncle, Nephew, and Friend. He also went by Hass, Hy-Su-Deen, Mike and later Mickel. Michael held many job positions, most notable with B. Powell & Sons. Michael also worked with The Associated Humane Society and most recently with SOS Flexible Warehousing in South Orange, NJ.
Michael loved playing pool and was an excellent painter also. Michael had a loving spirit and compassionate heart. He always had something to give or share with sooo many... Michael was the type of person you could always count on, and often he went above and beyond most people expectations.
Michael was preceded in death by his Parents Billie & Janie Powell, oldest sister Patricia A. Powell, & brother Heath A. Powell.
Michael leaves to cherish his memory:
His Brothers, Kevin Rollins (wife) Shirley Rollins, Steve Powell, Tony Powell/Anita & Dwayne Powell/Vicki.
Trust that Michael would want an Honorable Mention: To (Aunt) Ida Rollins, (Uncles), Bobby Knight & Mark Rollins, nephew and nieces Chris, Tasha, Billie, Millie & Trice Powell. Notwithstanding his other nephews and nieces Keyan, Heath, Tony, Terrell, and Tevin, Ayyana, Tia, Whitney Taneska, Loneska, a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
