Michael Eugene Scrivner

Michael was born on June 1, 1928 and passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017. Michael was a resident of Knoxville, Tennessee at the time of passing. He was born June 1, 1928 in Knoxville to Frank and Althea Scrivner, was a graduate of Rule High School. He enlisted in the US Marine Corps at the end of World War II and also served in the Air Force when his Tennessee Air National Guard unit was called up during the Korean War. Rev. Tom Ogburn will officiate at a memorial service at 1 pm in the church sanctuary with a reception following the service. There will be a private burial at Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the First Baptist Church television ministry or the Young-Williams Animal Center of Knoxville.
