Michael Sellers Obituary
Mr. Michael Sellers, age 47, entered into rest on Sunday, February 25, 2024. A Celebration of Life service will be 6:00 PM Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends from 5:00 – 6:00 PM Wednesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Sellers was born May 29, 1976 in Cheraw, SC a son of Larry Dean Sellers and Cynthia Johnson Sellers. He grew up attending Chesterfield schools and graduated from Cheraw High School in 1994. Michael also attended Francis Marion University. He was a former employee of Wal-Mart of Cheraw, where he enjoyed meeting people and making new friends. Michael was an avid sports enthusiast always pulling for the Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Braves.
Mr. Sellers was preceded in death by his wife, Wendy Wilkerson Sellers; paternal grandparents, Algie and Ethel Sellers; and maternal grandmother, Margaret Cable.
Survivors include his parents, Larry & Cynthia Sellers of Chesterfield, SC; sister, Jennifer Sellers (Kristy Pierce) of Chesterfield, SC; and maternal grandfather, Harold (Jackie) Johnson of Lugoff, SC.
Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children (www.shrinerschildrens.org)
Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home (www.mrcfuneralhome.com) of Chesterfield, SC is serving the Sellers family.
