Michael Leon Smith also known as "Mike", 67, of Moore, Oklahoma, passed away on August 21, 2025. Born on February 18, 1958, in Oklahoma, Mike was known for his strong work ethic, creative spirit, and deep love for his family.

A welder by trade and an artist by nature, Mike found joy in working with his hands-whether it was building, cooking, or creating. He was passionate about food, especially making steak and sushi, loved cooking Japanese dishes, and watching his favorite cooking shows.

He had a lifelong love for motocross and raced dirt bikes at Lazy-E Arena. Mike also enjoyed playing pool and competed in local tournaments. He was a devoted collector of knives and antiques, always on the lookout for something unique or meaningful. A rock and roll fan through and through, he also loved playing drums in his spare time.

Mike was a proud and loyal Steelers fan-black and gold all the way. He had a special place in his heart for dogs and was rarely without one by his side. Some of his favorite moments were simple ones, like going to the movies with his daughter, Amber, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter Amber Davis and her husband Mike; grandchildren Justin, Sydney, Kylie, and Brody Davis; his sister Sachie Maroney; brother Paul Smith; mother Toyono Smith; and extended family including Colt Davis, Houston Harris. He was preceded in death by his father Raymond P. Smith and sister Tamey Seward.

Mike will be remembered for his bold personality, love for family, and the unmistakable energy he brought into every room. His laughter, loyalty, and passion for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
