Gavin, I think about you everyday, every hour. Today, we needed to rent a truck. It’s a Ford Expedition. As soon as I saw it, I thought of you. Every Ford I get into, every Ford sign, I’ll think of you. Every Mustang, everything royal blue, every time I see auntie, Alishia, holidays, family gatherings. Each day gets a little better but there will always be a hole. Though there are still times when I see or hear something or a thought comes to mind where I think of you, and it hurts. But the Lord has surely given us a peace beyond our understanding. And I am convinced, persuaded, and assured by His Holy Word that we will see each other again. Until then, I love you cousin! ~ Yolanda

Gavin was a big part of our family. I called him my adopted son. I will always remember him and Dale playing GTA and them laughing and cheating on the game! I will remember Gavin's smile building a sandwich and a even bigger smile over Allen smoking ribs and chicken! I find comfort in knowing he is with Allen and eating those ribs and chicken again! Gavin was an amazing young man and will forever be missed by this family! Love you Gavin!!

Gavin was my best friend and brother of 25 years. The love I felt for him was like no other. He was such a giving soul and never once wanted anything for it. My greatest memories are any growing up, working in one of our garages with him, and playing GTA. I will always miss the Joking around, the good times, the bad times, and talking everyday, the random memes, the tagging in car groups, and the weird and random market place car sends. The world lost something great and I lost my best friend, brother, and a piece of who I am. I will forever miss him until it’s my time
