Michael Collin Tracy

Michael Collin Tracy passed away on November 15, 2025, in his 81st year after a brief illness. Born on November 29, 1944, in California, Michael served an LDS mission in England and graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree. His love of learning led him to earn a master’s degree later in life. A gifted stone mason, he devoted his life to perfecting his craft, carrying on a proud family tradition and passing those skills on to his sons.

Michael is survived by his devoted wife, Faith, and by his many children: Brigham Michaelis, Jessica Pugh, Joseph Michaelis, George Michaelis, Spencer Michaelis, Mathew Tracy, Elizabeth Volmer, Mark Tracy, Sarah Gardiner, and Rachel Davies, as well as their families and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Diane. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Katherine; his parents, Harold and Ann; and his siblings, Judy and Bud.

He will be remembered for his remarkable craftsmanship and work ethic, his spiritual convictions, and the impact he had on the lives of his family members.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. prior to services. Michael will be interred at the Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery in Utah.
