Michael R. Uhl, age 82, passed away Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022.
Beloved husband of 16 years of Edith (nee Russo); loving father of Joel, Marjorie (Rob), and Mary Russo; grandfather of Krystal, Michael, Mason, Mia, and Eva; also a beloved great-grandfather and uncle.
He was preceded in death by his first wife of 20 years, Gloria (nee Mitchell); his parents, Raymond and Bonnie (nee Foote); his step-daughter, Rosie; and one sister, Kris Crook.
Michael was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving during Vietnam, and retiring after 20 years. He had worked at P.H. Electronics, and had also worked at Meijer's. He had been a member of Aldarsgate United Methodist Church in Dayton and had recently been a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Parma.
His family lovingly remembers him as having lived life to the fullest!
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44106.
Funeral service will be Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022, at 4pm at Busch Funeral Home, 7501 Ridge Rd., Parma, OH 44129 where family will receive friends from 2:00pm until the time of the service. A committal service will be held on Monday, Dec. 12, 2022, at 12:00pm in the chapel at Royal Oaks Memorial Gardens, 7217 National Rd., Brookville, OH 45309.
