Michael Vertrees Obituary
He was born October 5, 1964, in Delaware, Ohio and was the son of the late Anne (Delk) Vertrees and the late Richard Vertrees. He was preceded in death by his beloved son Austin Brooks Vertrees.
He graduated from Buckeye Valley High School where he enjoyed his passion of baseball. Mike was a lifelong fan of the Cincinnati Reds, the Bengals and the Buckeyes.
Mike is survived by his wife, Jeri (J.J. Fortney) Vertrees, beautiful grandson, Brayln, and four dogs that will miss him so much. Also, survived by his siblings Lisa (Rick) Cox, Cathy (Terry) Ulmer, and Rick Vertrees and his many nieces and nephews.
There are no services planned at this time. A celebration of life for family and friends will be planned for early fall.
