Michael Kevin Weekes

Michael Kevin Weekes, 67, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 12, 2024, at his home.
Mike was born November 2, 1957, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Cleve G. Weekes and Ethel W. Porter Weekes. He grew up and attended school in Ammon, Idaho, and graduated from Bonneville High School.
Throughout his life he was married and divorced three times. Mike made his home in Idaho Falls where he owned and ran his company Roof Control. In his free time, he enjoyed doing carpentry, tinkering with vehicles, and listening to music. However, most of his time was spent with his kids and his grandkids. No matter what life threw at him, he always had a smile on his face. He was a rock to many, a master at sarcastic humor and witty timing to others, and even a glorious pain in the neck, to what I'm sure is a small select few. Because no matter what happened between you in your lives, once you were marked as important to him, he'd be by your side if you needed him. He was an amazing father, brother, uncle, grandpa, and son. But most important of all, he was a great friend.
Mike is survived by his son, Bodhi (Sydney) Weekes of Idaho Falls, ID; daughters, Ceejay Weekes and Brandy Pannell, both of Idaho Falls, ID; sisters, Sandy (Ken) Hunter and Sherri (Dennis) Hall-Hadley, both of Idaho Falls, ID; brothers, Dan Weekes of Shelley, ID, and Mardy (Brenda) Weekes of Idaho Falls, ID; five grandchildren, Jayda, Treyton, Paizlee, Taycha, Candance and one great grandchild, Abel Lee all of Idaho Falls, ID; and step-mother, Ingrid Weekes of Blackfoot, ID.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Gaye Weekes.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
