Michael Whetstone, Sr. Obituary
Michael P. Whetstone, Sr. of Valley Grande, Alabama passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023 at his home at the age of 36.
He was born on May 12, 1987 in Florida.
Michael was a caustic operator with International Paper in Selma.
He is survived by his wife, Candice Whetstone; children, Christoffer Whetstone, Henry Whetstone, IV, Michael Whetstone, Jr., Skylee Knight, Hayden Bradley, and Lucas Bradley; mother, Theresa Whetstone; siblings, Henry Whetstone (Lindsey), Tonya Kee (Michael), Christy Aycock, Heather Headley (Todd), David Whetstone (Chellsea), and Brandy Bowling; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Henry Whetstone, III..
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Selma Funeral Home with the Rev. David Nichols officiating.
The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service on Monday.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.
Final care has been entrusted to the Selma Funeral Home of Valley Grande.
