Michael Anthony Willis, age 46, of Wilburton, Oklahoma formally of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, died Sunday, August 31, 2025 at his home in Wilburton. He was born on Friday, August 24, 1979 to Michael Dewayne Willis and Arma Jean Noah Billy in Talihina, Oklahoma.

Anthony, lovingly known by many as "Griz" and "A-Train," was a kindhearted man who lived with love for his family at the center of his life. He especially cherished time spent with his nieces and nephews, who brought him great joy.

Anthony had a passion for music of all kinds, always finding comfort and connection in the songs he loved. He enjoyed being outdoors, whether squirrel hunting or fishing in the creeks, where he felt most at peace.

He worked several years for the Choctaw Nation, where he took pride in his work and the people he served. Anthony will be remembered for his big heart, his love of family, and the many simple joys that made his life meaningful.

Anthony was preceded in death by his mother, Arma Jean "Noah" Billy; his brother, Micah Willis; his sisters, Jamie Willis, Lisa Resendiz and Georgina Willis.

Anthony is survived by his father, Michael "Big Mike" Willis of Wilburton, Oklahoma; his sister, Paula Meadors of Wilburton, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held in a few weeks with cremation services entrusted to Bowser Family Funeral Home in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
