Michael John Workman, Sr., age 68, passed away Wednesday February 5, 2025 in Norton Shores,
Mi. He was born in Muskegon, MI on December 25, 1956 to Lonnie and Joyce Workman.
Mike started working at The Sherman Bowling Center in 1973 at the age of 16. This is where he met
his wife, Dianna, of 48 years. He continued to work there part-time and also worked on call for a
number of other Muskegon and Fruitport area bowling centers throughout his years. Mike worked at
Piston Ring in Muskegon, then in 1982 he started at Sealed Power in Ravenna before beginning work
in 1993 at Quality Tool and Stamp, where he retired in 2020.
Mike enjoyed playing golf, bowling, helping others, spending time with friends and family; especially
his grandchildren.
Mike will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was one of the most caring person you could
ever meet; always putting others before himself. He was the kind of guy that would literally give you
the shirt off his back.
Mike is survived by his loving wife, Dianna (Lindblom) Workman; sons Lonnie (Jill) Workman and
Michael (Elissa) Workman II; grandchildren, Johnathon, Tyler, Colton and Emalee Workman; sister
Lonna (Ed) Luzadder; brother Rodney Workman; sisters-in-law Patricia "Pat" (Jack) Caverly and
Suzanne "Suzi" (Jack) Sidock; brothers-in-law Bruce and Bryan Lindblom; several nieces and
nephews including Briana Luzadder who was like the daughter he never had. He also leaves behind
many special friends he gained throughout his years.
Mike was proceeded in death by his parents Lonnie J. Workman and Joyce Workman; stepmother
Alice Workman; father-in-law George Lindblom and mother-in-law Patricia Lee Hodges-Lindblom.

Pincrest Bar and Lanes, 6571 Airline Rd., Fruitport, MI 49415.
