Obituary of Michael Ybarra III
Michael "Mike" was born in Canoga Park, CA. He attended Canoga Park HS where he played football. After high school, he became an EMT and eventually a fireman with LA county. He met his wife Stephanie at Baskin Robbins. They were married in 1989. They have 2 daughters, Shelby and Sydney. They moved from Lancaster, CA to NV in 2013.
Mike was a family man and devoted his life to his family. He loved Christmas and loved to dress up as Santa for the kids. He was a great cook and enjoyed cooking for everyone. He loved his trucks and working on them. He kept them in tip-top shape. He was able to fix anything. He was also a talented artist and enjoyed drawing in his free time. He loved Disney and was an expert in navigating Disneyland. He spent many happy times there with his family.
He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Stephanie, daughters, Sydney, and Shelby, his mom, Sharon, sister, Sheri, her husband Dave, niece Sara, nephews Trevor and Erik, mother-in-law, Glady, and sister-in-law, Nikk. Two beloved grandchildren Emma and Brayden. He is preceded in death by his father Michael D. Ybarra, Jr.
